Fundraiser

eTeamSponsor.com

This year we will be launching a Fundraising Campaign powered by eTeamSponsor to help us raise the necessary funds for our program. 


The information provided is designed to help you learn more about eTeam’s system and how we will be using it. All we need from you to help get it started is the “email sheet” (download below) that you will need to print and fill out with all your potential donors. We ask that you please have your son/daughter complete this form BEFORE our Team “Launch Meeting” on Monday June 12th at 5pm. 



When filling out the email list, please think about people who live the furthest away first, then closer second. Some examples of people to think about when gathering emails: Aunts, Uncles, Adult Cousins, Grandma and Grandpa, Adult Siblings, Previous Coaches, Family Friends, Co-Workers, Religious Friends, Orthodontists, Doctors, Dentists, Therapists, Neighbors, or anyone else who loves and cares about your child. You never know who might want to donate so please at least give everyone the chance and option to support us and include them in our fundraiser.

Instructions

Returning Users

  1.  Go to eTeamSponsor.com  - Click "campaign Login" at the top
  2. Click on 'Returning User' 
  3. Under Welcome Back, enter your email and password to login. Forgot Password? Click link, check your email to reset password
  4. Text the campaign individually to your family members listed above. Start with your parents and ask them to share the campaign.
  5. Post campaign on Facebook, Share on Twitter! Say something positive about why your program and campaign is raising money.
  6. Start Email campaign by clicking ADD DONOR and enter first & last name, valid email required, relationship to You. We'll send once validated.
  7. For emails that are validating, send donors a heads-up email now

First Time Participants

  1. Go to eTeamSponsor.com - Click ‘Campaign Login’ at the top
  2. Enter your CID# under ‘Join Your Campaign’ Our CID#:  527081089
  3. Enter your personal email address and click 'Campaign Login'
  4. Enter your first & last name, email, cell phone number, cell provider, and create a password, then click ‘Join Campaign’
  5. Text the campaign individually to your family members listed above. Start with your parents and ask them to share the campaign. 
  6. Post campaign on Facebook, Share on Twitter! Say something positive about why your program is raising money.
  7. Start Email campaign by clicking ADD DONOR and enter first& last name, valid email required, and relationship to You. We’ll send once validated.
  8. For emails that are validating, send donors a heads-up email now
